Refund Policy

A Emerson Events Refund Policy 

Effective Date: March 3, 2025

• Cancellations:

  • Less than 48 hours before the event: No cancellations allowed. Clients forfeit 50% of the booking price plus the non-refundable deposit.

  • 48+ hours before the event: Clients only forfeit the non-refundable deposit $50  

• Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Clients must request rescheduling at least 7 days before the event.

No exceptions will be made outside these terms.
