1. Introduction
Welcome to A Emerson Events. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking.

Full payment must be made 7 days before the event to confirm services.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Less than 48 hours before the event: No cancellations allowed; client forfeits 50% of the booking price plus the non-refundable deposit.

48+ hours before the event: Client forfeits only the $50 non-refundable deposit.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3 business days.
4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the event and are subject to availability.

A rescheduling fee may apply if changes occur after the deadline.
5. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate event details and timely communication.

Any venue permits, licenses, or approvals must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.
6. Liability & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, government restrictions) that may affect your event.

In such cases, we will work to reschedule but do not guarantee refunds.
7. Vendor & Third-Party Services

We may recommend vendors, but we are not liable for their services.

Any vendor agreements are solely between the client and the vendor.
8. Changes to Terms
A Emerson Events reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
