1. Introduction

Welcome to A Emerson Events. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50  is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be made 7 days before the event to confirm services.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Less than 48 hours before the event: No cancellations allowed; client forfeits 50% of the booking price plus the non-refundable deposit.

  • 48+ hours before the event: Client forfeits only the $50 non-refundable deposit.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3 business days.

4. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the event and are subject to availability.

  • A rescheduling fee may apply if changes occur after the deadline.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate event details and timely communication.

  • Any venue permits, licenses, or approvals must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, government restrictions) that may affect your event.

  • In such cases, we will work to reschedule but do not guarantee refunds.

7. Vendor & Third-Party Services

  • We may recommend vendors, but we are not liable for their services.

  • Any vendor agreements are solely between the client and the vendor.

8. Changes to Terms

A Emerson Events reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
