Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Client Notice Requirement: The client must provide written notice of cancellation. Refund Policy: More than 2 days before the event – Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit. Less than 48 hours before the event – Partial refund (e.g., 50% of total fees). Less than 24 hours before the event – No refund. Non-Refundable Deposit: $50 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. 2. Cancellation by Event Planner If the planner cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), they will: Provide a full refund. Offer an alternative event planner or a recommended replacement. 3. Unforeseen Circumstances Neither party is responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc. Depending on the expenses already incurred, the event may be rescheduled, or a partial refund may be provided. 4. Rescheduling Policy If the client wishes to reschedule, they must do so within a certain timeframe: 7 days before the event A rescheduling fee may apply. Availability is not guaranteed
